Regular Powermat vs. Portable Powermat

Powermat the new wireless charger line to hit the market place has come out with an array of different products for charging many different electronic devices. The main two products that are the embodiment of the Powermat line are the regular size Powermat and the portable Powermat. So to give customers a better idea of what they’re buying I wanted to explore the features (if any difference) between the regular Powermat’s and the portable Powermat’s.

One of the key differences in size between the two wireless chargers is the ability to fold the portable Powermat. The portable Powermat is able to fold in three different compartments, kind of like an S. The ability to fold this device would be very ideal for a person who travels a lot. The ability to fold the Powermat makes it easy to store in luggage, or even a medium size briefcase or purse. Although the portable Powermat folds don’t count the regular size Powermat out just yet, the regular size Powermat makes up for it in thinness kind of like the design of a skateboard. This unique design to lay flat also makes it convenient to store in it in smaller places where as the portable Powermat wouldn’t when folded because of its thickness. As far as charging goes the two different Powermats are identical in voltage because they use the same process to charge your electronic products. Also the number of items that can be charged on both Powermat is four, three for wireless devices, and one for a USB port.
